Title: Got an RO system where the Carbon filter connector was broken.
Review: Wanted to return the parcel because of the broken connector but as I urgently needed the RO machine so I agreed to the engineer’s plan to replace the Carbon filter without the L-connector. The engineer was in hurry so didn’t show me the water TDS. Product is good but was not happy with the broken part and also unsatisfactory installation.
