Title: Not getting any signal
Review: I think Jio is deliberately ruining these devices so we will sign up for Jio AirFiber. Product is in excellent condition, worked just fine for over a week, now the signal icon is red when I turn the device on. Nothing has changed from my end, tried it in different locations, makes no difference. Tried a reset, tried a different sim, the same sim works fine on mobile. I do not know if they have any control to ruin the device with SSID or something but, it is all dead and gone. Complete waste of money.

Review: I have three of these. There are a few issues but its still far ahead of the competition. I have also tried the one from amazon basics, and that device and its software are horrible compared to this one.Pros -1. Good range2. Great software3. Cheaper than alternativesCons -1. Battery bloats and goes bad in 6 months,2. stops working in 15-20 months.

Review: The dongle what I received is not working properly. I couldn’t use it even for one day. Even I keep for charging. It will be turned on only once after that it doesn’t even turn on. After 2-3 hours I got the same problem it’s not turning on. Then I tried it with my own different cable it’s working. Battery is also damaged. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Never expected this from Amazon.

Overall, it’s a good product for Rs 1400. Cons: 1. Charging time takes about 3 hours to reach 100%. 2. Performance drops during peak hours (8 to 10 PM). 3. It supports 3 4G bands.
