Title: a PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY SUPPORT
Review: Although there are 3 pressure cookers in this carton, only two has the lid. This means you cannot use two pressure cooker together, which truly a deceiving factor. You need real muscle power to open and close the lid because the shape of the gasket. I tried to open one of the lid and the handle was broken within a month of purchase. I contacted the company directly by email and there was no response from them. I contacted the service section and they asked me to call a toll-free number. After great effort, I was asked to contact their service personnel at a district headquarters. They said that I must bring the cover to their facility for replacement and that it is chargeable. I told him I have to travel 26 kilometers to reach, means to drive 52 kilometers to change a handle which costs around Rs. 100.00. They said they visit my hometown regularly but cannot visit home to replace it (My residence is just one kilometer from city center) Since I purchased the product from AMAZON, they said the local dealer will not accept it. I asked them to send me the handle by courier, for which I shall pay. I managed to find a replacement handle from local market and paid Rs. 100.00 including fixing.I am writing and explaining my plight to warn my fellow AMAZON customers. Although they claim that the product has a warranty of 5 years, never expect any assistance from them. I purchased many IMPEX products in the past like: Non-stick frying pan, kadai, Biryani pot and even an Oven Toaster Grill and has made an oath not to purchase any of their product in the future.
