Title: Very bad Product
Review: I recently purchased the HP 255 laptop from this seller on Amazon, and I’m extremely disappointed with my purchase. The laptop arrived promptly, but the Windows operating system was not activated. This has left me frustrated and inconvenienced, as I expected a fully functional laptop out of the box.I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting steps to activate Windows, but nothing seems to work. It’s evident that the seller either provided a faulty product or intentionally misrepresented the laptop’s condition. I feel cheated and deceived by this purchase, and I’m seriously considering filing a fraud case against the seller.As a customer, I should not have to go through such troubles after spending my hard-earned money on a product. It’s not only a waste of my time but also extremely frustrating. I expected better from a reputable platform like Amazon, and I’m disappointed that such sellers are allowed to operate here.I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. Their lack of honesty and integrity has resulted in a poor experience for me. I will be pursuing a resolution to this issue, and I hope that other potential buyers are cautious before making a similar purchase

Title: Budget Laptop but pathetic performance
Review: I bought this notebook one month ago. A few days back (on 23rd April 2023), it suddenly stopped working with the caps lock blinking. This indicates corrupt bios. I had to reload the bias after going through the procedure given on youtube. But still, it has a problem with TPM!Other functions were smooth and fine till two days back (1st May 2023). Suddenly, it showed a blank screen and showed the same as that of corrupt bios. The CallCenter number to HP service or call back option in HP service are pathetic. I now fear whether I made a mistake in buying this.
