Review: Hitachi India’s incompetence and fraudulent practices have left me utterly frustrated with their inverter AC. Since purchasing the unit, I have encountered nothing but problems, starting a mere three months after installation. Hitachi’s customer service is either grossly incompetent or deliberately deceptive.I have filed over half a dozen complaints, each met with a different excuse. Initially, they claimed the compressor needed replacement and the gas required refilling, which is absurd for a unit that’s barely a year old. Two months later, the AC stopped working again, and this time, their agent had the audacity to tell me that the previous associate forgot to fill the gas, despite billing me for the service. The Hitachi associate then proceeded to fill the gas, claiming it would last for years, but unsurprisingly, the AC has stopped working once more, with the compressor apparently failing.It has been nearly a month since I filed my latest complaint (ID: 24041803987), and I am still awaiting a response. Dealing with Hitachi is an excruciating experience that no customer should have to endure. One must either have a high tolerance for pain or an abundance of time to waste on their inefficient and deceptive customer service.Hitachi’s products and after-sales support are a complete disaster. Their lack of accountability and transparent communication is appalling. I strongly advise against purchasing any Hitachi products, as their quality and customer service are far below acceptable standards.

Review:  Long air throw max 18-20 ft. but not 24m (78ft) as mentioned in the product. Cooling capacity is very good. It can cool big rooms as well. No other filter except mesh filter provided. My mode in remote is not at all useful. Noise level is ok not super silent. Copper pipe not provided/missing in ODU. No Temp. display in IDU or remote. No remote stand provided. Overall product is very good with long air throw and best cooling.

Review: Initially I was worried if I should buy online and after sale service quality. But I very satisfied with the purchase. Product was delivered before the expected date and technician arrived on the same day within an hour. He was very kind and friendly.As for air conditioner it’s working great. Air flow is awesome and cooling is great. It has many features like frost cleaning, good sleep, powerful Mode etc.I am very happy with the choice of buying this Hitachi air conditioner.

Title: Pathetic service…please don’t go for HITACHI AC
Review: I have bought this modelon Jan 2023. The first year was ok and I have taken an AMC for the same after the installation team asked to take it. This Jan the AMC is over and exactly after 1 year the AC has started creating problems and thier is very low cooling. Upon calling the service team thier is absolutely very pathetic response from the team. The team is least bothered to take up the call and no response at all from the service team. So my advice is please don’t go for any HITACHI AC as thier service is pathetic. The service persons are also not so technically sound. For any clarifications they call up their head office for solutions.

Title: Installation is not free, they changed me Rs-4000 extra for installation
Review: Hitachi AC is good. But installation is not free. When technician came we show that that is showing free, but they say that we have to pay around Rs-4000 for installation plus extra things. We try to call Amazon customer service number but they didn’t help us, they say we have to pay for installation. So before buy this product this product itself is great but this box doesn’t have anything just a indoor and outdoor unit and a remote. We have to to buy everything else separately from technician( with high cost).
