Title: Quiet and Efficient AC from AC technology leader, 5 years comprehensive warranty.
Review: Writing after one week of usage. Very happy with the performance of this AC. We wanted one which is quiet, and this one fits the bill. Also does the cooling job well. Before buying I researched that JCI-Hitachi is among the top 3 globally in AC technology. The products sold in India are assembled here with imported components. No one else is giving 5 years comprehensive warranty as on date so this also told me that the product must be good.Suggestions to buyers: Go for a 1.5-ton AC even if you need 1 ton. Price difference is not much, and this will increase the life of the AC. Also, you can run it at lower capacity. If you intended to use mostly in summer only, go for 3-star AC and save money. For daily use, go for 5-star to save on running costs.The only negative I can think of as of now is that I wish they had auto 4-way swing. Minor inconvenience and does not matter much in a few days. Regarding durability and life, time will tell. So far, so good. Will try to review again after 1-2 years.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the cooling performance, energy efficiency, and the features it offers.Cooling PerformanceThe 1.5 Ton capacity is perfect for my medium-sized room (around 150 sq. ft.). It cools the room efficiently within minutes and maintains a consistent temperature throughout. The Inverter technology helps in adjusting the compressor speed according to the room temperature, providing cool air without constantly switching on and off. This makes it both energy-efficient and effective. Even on extremely hot days, it keeps the room comfortable, and I don’t feel a dip in performance.Energy EfficiencyThe Class 3 Star rating is a big plus in terms of energy savings. The Inverter technology coupled with the 3-star rating means that the AC uses less electricity compared to traditional non-inverter models.
