Review: Vidaa OS looks good but So many bugs and unwanted apps which cannot be used in India and cannot be removed! One time settings disappeared and home went completely black but the apps can be used through shortcuts..Other time it was completely different where all the apps went black screen.Everything was ok after a restart.It happened Because of software bugs. Default media player is just ok and we cannot install any other media player app and Smartphone will not be recognised in tv via usb cable. App store only has limited apps
The Picture quality is awesome.1080p upscaling is great and 720p upscaling is just average. Dolby Vision and IMAX working very well.Remote works on both bluetooth and IR.
Overall great Picture quality and Will be a great tv if OS improves

Title: Disappointed with Hisense 55U7K TV: Screen Failure After Just 50 Days
Review:  I purchased the Hisense 55U7K TV with high hopes for a reliable and quality viewing experience. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been nothing short of disappointing. After just 50 days of use, the screen suddenly stopped working, leaving me with a useless television set and a feeling of frustration.
To make matters worse, the customer service experience with Hisense has been less than satisfactory. Contacting their support team proved to be a frustrating ordeal. Despite providing proof of purchase and detailing the issue at hand, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. They don’t have any service center in Bangalore and they are relaying on third party service provider and their is no proper resolution for ticket raised. they closed ticket without any update. The technician recognized the display fault and documented it with photos and videos. They assured me that obtaining approval for a replacement from Hisense, due to the visible issue in the documentation, wouldn’t be a problem, and I’d receive the replacement within a week. A week later, upon contacting customer care for an update, I was surprised to find that the ticket had been closed, claiming there were no issues with the display. After escalating the matter, they agreed to reconsider the replacement. Unfortunately, a week later, the response remained the same. I forwarded the attached photos via email, and their support team physically verified and confirmed the display issues. It’s puzzling how the team responsible for approving replacements failed to notice these issues. In addition to the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning screen, the lack of support and assistance from Hisense has only added to my disappointment. As a consumer, I expect better reliability and customer service from Hisense.
Overall, my experience with the Hisense 55U7K TV has been extremely disappointing. The premature failure of the screen, coupled with the lack of adequate support from the manufacturer, has left me feeling disillusioned and dissatisfied with this product. I would strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider their decision before investing in this television set.

Review:  I bought this 65 inch TV from pre-book and comes at 69500 /- Amazon delivery was soo fast and installation was done within 2days of my purchase.
Picture quality:-This TV is the huge upgrade from my earlier 32 inch tv and first impression was this TV was soooo big..I didn’t expect that big.. i watched lot of sdr and HDR content on this TV and I would say this TV produce excellent picture quality that no tv can offer in this price point. As it has mini led technology the brightness is very high,with 50 %brightness it is so enough for day light conditions. I prefer filmmaker mode most of the times it produces phenomenal calibration over the content.before my purchase I was worried about imax enhanced feature whether will be available for my 65 inch tv but happily it was included in this.But as for my knowledge in India there are no platforms for imax enhanced feature but we can enjoy over YouTube …. that’s really amazing watching imax mode … Dolby vision works properly but I prefer Dolby vision iq which improves overall brightness on the scene without losing contrast.. Since it has 240 hz panel gaming seems soooo fluid and treat to watch ..
Sound quality: To be honest iam not satisfied with the inbuilt speakers of 49 watt power and bass response is so poor I would recommend subwoofer speaker for this for greater sound enhancement …I use blaupunkt sound bar for this and I truly amazed by the sound produced via hdmi e arc…bass response and mainly vocals and treble seems sharp and truly cinematic.
Ui: vidaa is pretty good actually and remote response is good and there exists good useful features and I am okay with it.. hotstar available in this OS which is happy to see.. built in Alexa works excellent and microphone in the tv is too responsive and voice is too loud but for YouTube it doesn’t support ,there we can use vidaa voice ..
Finally concluding with ,this TV is the most value for money product that we can’t ask more which it is giving for that price point..
I have done lot of research about TV’s and I found this was best and after my experience I would say I got what I needed for my living room…I saw some of negative comments on this TV but 1000% I don’t agree on that because I am using since 5 days . I received call from hisense and my fire stick will be arrives within 5 working days as said by the hisense I feel nothing to be worried about it and with having 4years warranty..

Review:  U7k 2023 Excelente tv con 120hz nitido y 144hz vrr para los videojuegos va Excelente!! Solo que le tienes que moverle de ley las configuración de la tv manual para que se vea fenomenal, la configuración que viene por defaul no esta chida pero despues de que le modifiques queda perfecto y los negros se ven muy bien como si fuera una oled, la recomiendo 100% para videojuegos y peliculas!! El sonido que tiene tambien es muy bueno, con el envio llego a tiempo, solo el empaque llego medio maltratado pero fuera de eso, todo muy bien!!

Review: Hice mi pedido el 04 septiembre y el 06 ya lo tenia en mis manos, Excelente por parte del vendedor Amazon México. La caja bien por los típicos golpes de transporte. Estuve casando estos modelos U8H, U6 desde el año pasado vi que se agotaron la serie H desde principios de año por reseñas vi salio muy bien y cuando supe que saldría la seria K estuve mas al pendiente y agarre esta por 18.900 a 12 MSI en una oferta Flash, desde antes también vi buenas reviews y comparaciones con Sony y Samsumg por lo que no dude en comprarla, falta ver el funcionamiento en persona, estaré editando este post mas adelante.
