Review: October 2020 – Serious formatting problems throughout the book in Kindle editionCompare pictures from the printed version and Kindle version. At this price point, one does not expect to encounter this sort of issues. This is the case for the entire Kindle version. It is basically a useless reference if this doesn’t get fixed.Update April 2021 – Kindle version pages are now just like the printed pages. Thank you for fixing this. Giving this 5 stars for the response of the publisher and also for the valuable content of the book.
