Title: Poor customer service
Review: I purchased this television in 2020, and after three years of flawless operation, some horizontal & vertical lines began to show on the screen. The Haier service team was called, however they did not even attempt to look into the defect. They claim that a new display panel is required. Which will cost Rs 17000 where as the actual price for the whole TV (Haier Android TV 43 inch LE436600GA) was 22400As replacement is only the option that they suggest, so it means every 3 years is it advisable to purchase a new TV?Service engineers are supposed to correct the minor direct. If they are not interested in doing so and suggest only replacement I have no other option rather than buying a new TV. But this time I will definitely opt not to buy Haier TV and suggest my friends also not to do so.Very poor customer service.
