Title: Horrible after sales service
Review: Although the machine is fairly good, the installation service as well as the after sales service is pathetic .I am having a defective remote control device and raised a complaint about 2 wks back. Yet to get a replacement.

Title: We installed through Godrej authorised person . It’s running successfully. Good product.
Review: It’s Godrej product so no issue. The installation person to visit to attend to see water dropping issue out side of wall but after calling several times he is not responding on phone. Please ask him to visit.

Title: Godrej company is not offering any free installation and free stands.
Review: No doubt product is best in class and value for money.You need to pay 1800₹ extra for installation and 1600₹ for stand total 3400₹. I installed from local technician. For both it cost me 2000₹ extra in total.

Review: The product is not bad. It takes 10 mins to completely cool my hall. But the remote is very confusing. I would recommend you to personally go to the showroom, check everything and then buy any AC as I have had bad experiences twice. Never buy AC online.
