Review: Ac is good but service center people’s are not trained for proper installation of AC they are trained to charge extra money frkm customers they will loot u for bracket they will loot you for stablizer the stablizer they were giving in 2500 i purchased it from market in 800 of ur buying this ac before they come u only buy bracket and stablizer from outside it will cost u maximum 1000 rupees but they will charge u 3500 rupees

Title: SCAMMED by Godrej !
Review: Bangalore location,First they charged 1450 installation + 1150 for stand + 150 for plug+ 2000 for water pipe fitting total ~4500 RsThen only after the installation was done and i paid 4500Rs, the next day i got a call from godrej service center that wrong AC was sent to me, the compressor is 1.5 Ton but the indoor pannel was 1 Ton, they even gave a job sheet which i am attaching and asked me to replace the ACThen they said they will charge extra for un-installation and then more money when they install back the new ACI Manually checked the bill and AC and there was no mismatch in the serial number and both the units were of 1.5 tonWhen I informed that the AC was correct, service center said that they will not provide me any warranty if anything happens in future.Terrible and Pathetic customer service, although the AC is working fine i doubt what will happen to the claimed 5 year warranty.

Review: This is a genuine review. I personally recommend not to buy any product from this company. Their service are pathetic and their people demands extra money and will not provide you any services. Worst experience ever.Never buy any product from Godrej. Highly dissatisfied..

Title: Qualified for – 2 star rating
Review: Bought it due to brand name. Sound harsher than an old cooler. Hot technology is a hoax. Amazed that such a old and reputed brand name cheated.

Reviewer: I advise you all please do not buy AC from Godrej Company. Godrej product is fine but their customer service behavior is very bad. I bought a Godrej AC on 14 April 24 and installed on April 15 but the installation engineer was not professional. F5 error is shown on the AC display after installation. Despite many follow-ups, Godrej Service Engineer has not visited yet and the service center is not receiving calls and customer care is giving date after date. My experience is very bad in the future I am not buying any Godrej products

Review: I advise you all please do not buy AC from Godrej Company. Godrej product is fine but their customer service behavior is very bad. Review: Bought Godrej AC looking at brand name. But this scrap failed to make the room cool. My advice is don’t buy seeing less price and indian brand. Not worth burying . My rating – 0
