Review: Good quality mug with excellent printing work! The mug turned out to be much prettier than I expected. Seller was extremely friendly and responded promptly with a confirmation when I reached out to specify the customisation details after placing my order. A swift dispatch was done, and the gift was delivered in perfect condition, neatly and securely packed in a cardboard box with styrofoam, well before the expected date of delivery. Title: Great mug but bad service
Review: We received the order and the mug is really nice But, they made a blunder my calling my brother to ask some doubts about the mug. This was a surprise to my parents , inlaws and my brother. They ruined it by calling them and asking doubts. They could have emailed me (associated email) to ask instead. Please understand the sensitivity of your orders before calling any number from now on .I live in US so I did not give my US number. My brothers number was given in Amazon only because if there is trouble in finding the house delivery boy can call. That was not for them to contact.

Review: Words fail me to describe the satisfaction the seller and the product has caused me.I wanted to get the mug customized in a different way than those mentioned in the website of Exciting lives and get the photo printed on the entire mug. The work was done accordingly and in a way that looked so surreal to the eyes. It’s a perfect gift if you aspire to gift someone on their marriage, birthday anniversary whatsoever. It’s cheaper and better in quality than what I had gotten customized locally. The shipping was done in splendid 2 days with no additional charges on shipping.
