Title: Amazing product

Title: Good one
Review: I don’t have prior experience with projectors and I am writing this after 50 days. I preferred Egate S9 Pro Gold over 42″ TV. as this is portable, easy to use.Key attributes1. Auto Focus2. It will adjust its scaling if there is any obstacle during setting up the picture.3. Picture Quality is good the video I have attached is in the broad daylight, projected on white wall and all windows and doors are open during the shoot. In the moderate light viewing experience will be good and in the dark room it will be cinematic experience4. Sound is loud and clear at 50 pts.5. HD quality is good and is based on the relay, internet speed and depends on the projection screen as I am using bare wall in my case😁6. Colours also exact when I compared it with my CRT Television7. The Mic sensor in the remote is very responsive for you tube8. Using Amazon prime I felt tough using the remote9. These are my experiences as of today. On the first day it gave heating warning may be during the software updates for the initial time. Later I didn’t get any heating warning also it’s mandatory that ventilation should be good on the sides.10. Over all Design looks wise round edged looks good11. One executive connected with me on our request and gave service contact number for any assistance.Thanks 🙏 you can go for it!

Title: O9 Zen + FTS | Remote faulty | No response from customer service
Review: I have been using this projector for 2-3 days now. Sharing my experience:Pros:1. Brightness is good. Works in dim lighting. Although all projectors work best in dark2. Light weight, easy to set up3. All correction options available, can be set easily using remote.4. Sound is loud enough for home use5. Okayish picture qualityCons:1. Although it’s 2Gb ram, does not feel like it. Feels a bit sluggish to use2. It says that 4k is supported , but only FTS lite was sent along with it. Disappointed. Expected a 4k stick as was shown in the image on Amazon.3. Remote quality is poor. Does not work well. (Specially Menu button does not work)4. Speakers are loud but sound quality is just average. Tried connecting to a speaker. Connected after multiple attempts. there was definitely a lag.5. It happened twice with me that the sound just stopped working. Had to restart the device to reset.6. Somewhat difficult to setup again & again, if you want to use it with portability, as the interface is not smooth and remote is sluggish7. Auto incline feature is not of much use, atleast for me8. I have used it only twice and there is dust already on lens (Picture attached)Tried connecting to customer support for remote issue. They said to Video call. Didn’t pick up. Tried calling again, they cut my call. No response till now.Poor service from egate. Will update if I get a response from them.Update 1: Didn’t get any response … After multiple attempts. Also picture quality has degraded drastically after just 1 month. Definitely not recommended.

Title: Great value for money
Review: I ordered the projector last week and it was delivered the very next day. The installation was a breeze and I was delighted to see pre-installed apps like Amazon Prime, Netflix and YouTube.The resolution is crystal clear and the audio quality is great. I could also pair it seamlessly with my sound bar using Bluetooth.When I found it difficult to use Netflix, the team at Egate helped me get to the “mouse mode” using the remote and I could use it easily.For the price, it’s a great buy and I’m looking forward to using the projector for multiple uses.
