Title: HIGHLY UNRELIABLE BRAND. Very poor SUPPORT
Review: Bought in April. Remote control became intermittently irresponsive after two weeks. One of the HDMI port became damaged in June. The TV stopped working in September. Booked a service request over the toll free number on the same day. After 10 – 15 reminders, a technician attended. He left stating the main board is damaged. Again started making reminders. At last after 40 days another technician came with a new board. TV switched on. But the picture was blurry. He told that the new board is not matching with the TV and he promised that company representative will call back. Nobody called back till now. When we call through the toll free number, somebody will pick the call. After identifying my identity they keep silence and disconnect the call. Posting the review on 30 November. Feeling (I can’t write what).
