1. Boil 1 cup (200ml) of water with the required salt and one tsp Ghee.

2. Add washed Double Horse Jeerakasala Rice 1/2 cup (100g) to the boiling water

3. Cover with a lid and cook on low ﬂame for 8-12 minutes (approximately) or cook till done.
