Title: Didn’t help, caused further pain
Review: I wore this for 3-4 days when I walked a lot. Threw them away after that.They are called doctor cause you will need doctor after you wear them.These hurt me way more than they helped. Don’t get them before researching your specific type of flat feet. I was in pain for 4 days after I stopped wearing them.
