Review: When I sent it as a gift to my sister, she was super excited to have it. Then she figured it out that zipper is not working. I wrote it in reviews and tried to contact but there is no active phone number to talk with someone. I stay in US. But here Amazon is totally different, if any damage you find they replace with another product with preposted mailing box. I hope Amazon in India also do the same.
