Review: overall I am satisfied with the product on the basis of my 1 day experience !I have been thankful to amazon & usedyetnew for good delivery and keeping up the good work.Pros;1) laptop is almost new with few scratches and marks and old screw which you need to find .It’s a good deal for 24k as the working is far better than new laptops available in the same price range.2)window 10 pro & Microsoft office 20193)usedyetnew has taken all the pain to make sure it’s play and plug from the first day itself without any hassle.4)Battery life is good enough for 4 hours.5)small and sleek6)very light in weight and handy to work with as per your comfort .Cons1)It’s 2014 model.2) heating issues.3)less space for big files.4)Camera is very poor quality for video calls.For a office work and study purpose is a good choice to for.After 17 months of use I am really happy to opted for this laptop , it has been a very good deal for me ! Title: Descent quality renewed laptop, gets the job done.
Review: Laptop was in descent condition, battery backup is about 5hrs which alright considering the fact it is renewed. Faced problem once within a week when the screen went blank while logging in. But no other issues. Speed is good.

Review: I have buy above laptop on March. its touch pad is not working.I called customers service but they are not responsing to my mail and calls,Products and service are not good.I will suggest to remove their products from Amazon.I am thinking to make consumer complaint against them.

Title: Worst Product of amazon
Review: First of all I received a damaged product from Amazon on 17 th August 2020. Second of all after waiting for 5 days the pickup was not available and did not pickup. Third of all I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy second hand from Amazon as the laptop battery is not for longa nd even the R.A.M received is damaged due to which the laptop power button was not working. After I changed everything it started working. My advice is not to purchase second product from them.

Title: Poor laptop. Amazon amazing as always
Review: It was a damaged laptop. Signs of rough usage by its previous owner all over. The keyboard was faulty and hence the output was inaccurate. Even the windows version was not formatted and had previous softwares installed.Amazon was very prompt with the return. Many thanks for their efficient process.

Title: Hardware Warranty support is pathetic
Review: Laptop is ok. If you get a hardware issue then you get only promises but no repair or replacement. I followed up for the keyboard issue for months and finally 6 month got over but they never solvedy problem. They just keep sending emails. Finally I fed up and thought of getting repaired or replaced in a local shop.
