Title: Balanced system with a beautiful display!
Review: I got this for less than ₹26k with discounts during the sale, an incredible deal for a Tier-1 brand like DELL in that price range. The pre-installed OS was slow and buggy, but after performing a clean installation of Windows, it has been working flawlessly. Overall, it’s a well-balanced system with a stunning 120 Hz IPS display. The only downside is the drive used in this. DELL has opted for a Gen 4 QLC drive instead of a Gen 3 TLC drive, which may have a shorter lifespan.

Title: Received used Laptop but fell short of my expectations
Review: When I received the used laptop, I was initially taken aback by its condition. It was evident that the device had been previously utilized, displaying signs of wear and tear. While I had intended to gift it to someone, I found myself in a bit of a dilemma due to its state.The physical appearance aside, the laptop’s functionality was acceptable. It powered up without any major issues, and the basic operations seemed to be in working order. However, the scratches and marks on the exterior didn’t quite align with what I had in mind for a gift.Regrettably, I wasn’t able to return the laptop due to specific circumstances. Despite this setback, I tried my best to make the most out of the situation. I cleaned the device thoroughly and tested its capabilities further. It performed decently in everyday tasks, which could suffice for someone not too particular about aesthetics. Though disappointed initially, I’ve learned that sometimes, utility outweighs cosmetic perfection.

Title: Not suitable for the fast users, its mouse pad is not good
Review: Its a average laptop, having good configuration, but the mouse pad is really very bad, you have to use external mouse because not properly working when you works longer.Not expecting such a bad experience with dell, i have just purchase the product before 15 days and the mouse pad stopped working.

Title: The laptop is value for money but the McAfee subscription was not easy to setuo
Review: Overall the laptop is value for money but I had to struggle with the McAfee setup. After starting up the laptop the McAfee anti virus was showing as a trial versiob for 29 days while I paid for a 15 months subscription. I called Dell customer care but they passed me onto McAfee support. I called them but they couldn’t solve the problem. Finally after I registered the dell laptop from the dell apps on the laptop, the correct McAfee subscription was reflected. This process should have been clarified more clearly during purchase.
