Title: Satisfied
Review: Seeing some negative reviews i was really confused. This product is really nice, no issues so far. I get decent backup of around 6-7 hrs while i mostly do light tasks like browsing or MS Office. The processor is fine and there are no major heating issues. The fan noise is non existent

Title: Simple laptop for ordinary use
Review: This is a laptop for simple day to day use. I use it for light tasks e.g. browsing the internet, working on office documents, reading PDF and epub books and documents & watching videos.Things I like:- This laptop is capable enough for the tasks mentioned above.- I got it for a reasonable price of around 32.5 K which I think is quite alright nowadays when the cost of electronic goods has gone through the roof.- I wanted a DELL laptop since my previous experience with DELL laptops has been good and they do tend to last for a few years.- It is a light laptop, around 1.6 kg, which is helpful in carrying it around.- Battery life is around 4 to 5 hours when I’m working on documents.- This comes with a MS Office 2021 Home & Student version perpetual license which is a huge plus.- The Full HD screen is quite good for indoor work.- 8 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD is good for the price I got this.Things I dislike about this laptop:- It runs hot at times, maybe Ryzen 3 is not that efficient in keeping the CPU temperature down.- The air vents are strangely positioned and you can feel the hot air from the CPU on your fingers when typing since the air is channelled up from below the open screen position.- The built quality is not as good as I expected, DELL Vostro laptops in the past have been far more robust.- The keyboard seems to be somewhat flimsy so I’m not sure how long it will last with heavy usage.

Title: Defective laptop
Review: I had a worst experience with this laptop. First I received defective laptop, and after 3 request attempt seller returned this item. It has been one month since I requested return for the first time, and still I’m chasing to get my refund. Overall I had a worst and irritating experience. I will never recommend anyone to buy the product from this seller.
