Dew Clean Technology is a one button operation, that, when activated, automatically cleans the evaporator coil of the indoor unit heat exchanger by utilizing condensate water. Title: Excellent cooling moderate installation
Review: I bought it for my 100sqft room top floor. It takes 2-3 min (25°C) to chill the room without powerchill mode. Then set the temparature to 28°C and the room is comfortable. During cooling (for 1st 2-3 min) it consumes 48% power after that it runs between 13% – 25%. Daily it runs for 12h and consumes only 2unit of power in 28°C.As I have some knowledge, that’s why didn’t faced any issue during installation.Vacuum is must during installation for proper cooling.The power consumption at 100% is 1200W and 383W at 50%. As I have measured the power with wattmeter. It consumes near about 350W at 25°C and 150-200W at 28°C.

Title: Worse product and worst service from Daikin
Review: I bought this 1 ton Daikin AC from Amazon 2 weeks back. It was installed 10 days back but Daikin authorized service partner ‘Amazon Air’. However, within 10 days AC has stopped cooling. I have logged a service request with Daikin, however, even after 5 days no one has called or come for fixing my AC. The support number of Daikin is always busy. I also tried calling up the authorised partner Amazon AIr who had installed AC, they are also not responding.Stay away from Daikin. Absolutely worst AC and even worse service. Please think twice before buying an AC from Daikin. If it breaks down, you are on your own. No one from Daikin will come to fix it.

Title: Silent, powerful & value for money
Review: Value for money is something that we don’t associate with brands like Daikin but definetly it is worth every rupee. The AC was delivered by amazon at the pre appointed time. The delivery agent was very courteous and helful. The installation also happened on the very same day as Daikin is very prompt. The AC was however installed by a 3rd party vendor rather than Daikin’s own staff. The box contained 3 meters of both HP & LP copper pipe and the outdoor to indoor unit wire. Additional purchase was the drain pipe, wire from main switch to the outdoor unit (Daikin AC is connected to power supply via the outdoor unit i.e. the power is first connected to the outdoor unit for which you will need a 1.5 sq mm good brand 3 core cable and then the indoor unit is connect to the outdoor unit by a 4 core cable which is provided with the AC) and extra consumables which in my case was additional 1 ft of copper pipe @ Rs. 304/ft and a meter of the 4 core cable used to connect the indoor unit to outdoor unit as the one supplied in the box was 3 meter.Installation was not that great as the installation guys did not care if that was a new AC and left hand prints from dust all iver the AC which I am yet to figure out how to remove.The first impression of the AC is great. It quickly cools my 200 sq ft room in under 5 mins. The AC is very silent and you’ll barely feel and noise. Once the room reaches the desired teampreature the compressor speed reduces and maintains this constant teampreature. Remote is OK and does the necessary function.

Title: PRODUCT IS GOOD but Companies authorised service enngineer are poor
Review: They did not take reasonable care in installation ,Force me to buy extra copper pipe and made a lengthier route of outdoor unit inspite of short alternatives.Behaviour of the team and their team head at their branch was very rude and highly objectionable.

Title: COSTLIEST INSTALLATION EVER
Review: The AC is OK but had to pay Rs.6,500 for installation of indoor unit at top floor and outdoor unit at the terrace just above it. The service provider sent by Amazon/Diakin was ruthless. It would have been far satisfying had I got it done through any other service provider of my own.
