Title: VFM product
Review: Pros:Good single speed AC. Cools room quickly. Being single speed, will go on/off like usual window AC.Pricing is apt. For the features providedAC outdoor unit runs very quiet.The indoor is a bit noisy. But when kept on coanda flow, it won’t make much noise.Like other ac, the remote has a few keys lit for use in dark.Installation team did a very good jobCons:There is no display on the idu, but it doesn’t matter.Plastic quality of idu is very poor.Not sure about protection coating or material of condenserInstallation is a bit expensive, but material and parts used are good quality.Support from Daikin and local installer could be better.Other points:Installation costs anywhere between 3 to 4kCopper pipes and water outlet pipe are provided. They are insulated with good material. But it won’t be enough for proper installation.No batteries are provided for remote.Idu size is small, which is a good thing for me.Inside idu, the air flow can be set to go in two directions. But no horizontal swing.

Title: Excellent AC under @25K
Review: I’m using this air conditioner for about 15 days now. Performance is very good andIt does not make any noise.Few things to be taken care before purchasing this. It’s non- inverter AC so it does not maintain temperature at constant. I’m using this for 10×10 room and it’s takes some time approx 10-15 minutes to cool down room. And i feel temperature does not go down below 22°C but it’s fine with me.Installation is very good they completed job within 2 hours.Few items you need to buy seperately from local AC store or if u purchase from installation team they charges high prices. So i bought all items from local store. It saved me a alot.1) 2.5 sqmm 3 core wire with 3-pin top to connect with outdoor unit- 260rs2) drainage pipe 5 mtr- 150rs3) outdoor unit stand- 900rs4) duct tape- 50rsInstallation charges 1500+250 for outdoor stand fitting.

Title: Worst After Sales Service ever
Review: I have been using Daikin for years, In office as well as at home we have Daikin and we used to recommend to anyone who asks us, But unfortunately I don’t feel Daikin is reliable anymore, Daikin has tieups with local service provider for installation and services of the product, and the staff they have are very unprofessional and Idiots, we Buy a whole product from Daikin and then we have to pay for the installation charges separately i.e 1770 incl GST, The service provider won’t provide you GST invoice even if you ask them they will just ignore, The service executive they’ve sent to my place were so unprofessional the way they have installed the AC would blow your mind, the only motive was to complete the installation asap and run away, They Can’t even afford to place a Two pin on the wire of their drill, because of that they damaged the new switch board which I had installed for the AC, when asked about the Same they said “Pehle se Tuta Hua tha”…..if you are living in Andheri Area and you buy Daikin, you will get this third class service provider, Named :SWASTIK ENGINEERING, they call them Daikin authorised (My Foot), with every step these people will demand money and extra money, very high prices for each and everything they add in the installation, if you compare the price and quality to the local shops there’s a lot of gap, Daikin charges 850/MTR for Copper pipe, Local shops charge you 300/MTR, and still the quality of insulation etc is much better than these people…on every step they just want to eat pennies and don’t want to provide service professionally…Now coming to The AC.This time I have raised a complaint about the AC (Indoor Unit) making too much Fan Noise, again i received a text message saying that swastik engineering is assigned for the complaint, no one from swastik called and asked about when to send the technician, Early morning 9 am the technician starts calling and i wasn’t available at that time…when I asked them to come so they said “Aaj nahi hoga kal aaenge” next day no one showed up and yesterday I have received a complaint cancellation message (Daikin Customer, Cancellation proposed for Ref. MUM1105202442367700 , Appointment more than 7 days , if not agree pls notify within 48hrs to Call Center.) who the hell proposed the cancellation?…..I am Done with These Senseless and unprofessional brands, now I won’t recommend Daikin to anyone as I used to do earlier, JUST BECAUSE OF THE AFTER SALES SERVICE.

Title: A Robust Product

Title: Great Product, Very poor installation service.
Review: The Daikin product is great. Cools very fast. And since it is Daikin it has very little noise from IDU or ODU.I have given 3 stars instead of 4 only because of their installation service.Cons:Took me a week to get the technicians to install the ac. They did a great job no doubt but their agency which has partnership with Daikin was very poor in responding to my queries.Also the Daikin phone support is very bad. It takes forever to connect to a customer care executiveOverall verdict:Great product, Good installation. Very poor after sales support from Daikin India.

Title: Decent AC
Review: Purchased it recently in Bangalore, apart from delay of 5 days for installation the initial feedback is good for this AC. I have only used LG and Daikin ACs, so in my opinion the air flow and quick cooling is much better in Daikin, also due to higher air flow it is not as silent as LG. No complaints on the design and remote, feels a little outdated but we knew it before the purchase. If it had a temperature display on the IDU and backlit remote, it would have been even a better package. This would be my first time purchase of a Non-inverter 0.8 ton AC, so will post the energy consumption after a month of moderate usage. For long hour usage I will still suggest an inverter AC, considering the tonnage. One important point is this AC is cost effective only if you purchase a few items yourself, additional cable as the power connection is from ODU, white tape, plug, drain pipe and white cement, which costed me Rs.450, or else the installation charges are pretty high.For the Price, I am happy with this AC. No complaints.
