Title: Very poor after sales service
Review: Everything about the product is perfect but the after sales service is very very poor and thats the reason i would not go for Daikin again.

Title: Pathetic service
Review: This was my second Daikin purchased after being happy with the first ac. However I will never buy or recommend this brand ever. The product itself is great but the service is pathetic. Extremely rude and incompetent technician did the most shabby installation I have ever seen. Left a large hole on the wall without bothering to fill it up. The drain pipe was left hanging in the room. Only drain pipe was supplied extra and Rs.3060 was charged for installation. Daikin should be careful in appointing it’s service personnel before the brand loses all it’s credibility.

Title: Best cooling and installation 😃👍
Review:  Hyderabad 31/03/2024🔥Diken 1.5 ton 5 star AC Model- MTKM5OU, WhiteInstallation:1. Daikin AC was delivered to home safely first floor2. Two technician persons where assigned well skilled & knowledged, polite and respectful behaviour directly from Daikin authorised 😃👍3. Installation was done carefully took about 1.5 hours4. Stabilizer bought by me separately (v guard vnd 400 150vac to 285vac Rs. 2600) that too was fitted.5. Remote does not come with battery – (small battery 2)6. The remote come with display backlight and also the remote buttons are radium glows in dark it comes with a gruve (drill a screwdriver in wall to hold it or buy an holder seperately)7. White cement 1kg (Rs 40) bought by me and technicians covered the wall hole neatly8. Did not buy a stand (Rs. 850) as the outside WALL was weak to hold the outdoor unit ( so placed it on a rain roof top by extending copper pipe and power cable)9. About 1.5 m of copper pipe was extended which costs RS. 850 per meter10. 4 cork Power cable was extended about 1.5 m too ( Rs. 150 per meter)11. 3 cork cable took about 6 meter ( 120 per meter)12. Installation 150013. Overall it costed me about 3840 for installation only (excluded stand + stabilizer )14. 42240 (card offer) + 3840 (installation)+2600 (stabilizer) = Rs. 48680 (total)15. Demo was given after testing 👍Usage experience: 1 dayThe bedroom is small but has a rooftop with tiles on which direct sunlight falls, the room has 2 windows fiber glassed , a balcony entrance the room gets very hot after 12:00 p.m. during this summer about 37 degreesThe diken 1.5 ton 5 star AC cools the room in this condition very fast both in power chill mode and normal mode but takes a starting time of 2 to 3 minutes before actually cooling the room once it starts cooling it chills room.Compare to daytime , night time cooling the room was way faster. If you set a manual speed of fan from 3 to 4 and 5 there is noise of fan but similar to a normal ceiling fan.Past 2 years we used a large metal cooler (more power consumption + water ) which which is best in itself cannot be compared with the AC but the cooling stayed in room for long time.Recommended by Daikin to use within 22 to 23 degrees for efficiency.👉Simple features easy to understand and best cooling satisfied with the service and product.Hope my review helps. Title: Good product and excellent installation
Review: It’s been 2 months of usage and my AC is provoking excellent cooling even though my room is 200 sqft, can’t say much about energy efficiency but cooling is superb and noise level are even less compared to my Panasonic AC which is also very silent AC, I was in doubt of buying Daikin AC viewing negative reviews about installation team, but I’m impressed by the excellent installation by Daikin team. And they charged only 1800 incl. a stand for outdoor which was surprising cause I have paid thousands to Panasonic for installation of my first AC they literally charged for everything.

Title: Good AC but worst experience in installation
Review: The AC is good wether cooling or lookwise or anything else, but the installation process is frustrating. They charge you for everything. It took me 3800 rs extra. Something we have to buy that’s reasonable and understandable like copper pipe or wires. But the thing is the technician was asking 250rs for moving of previous outdoor mount. They are charging 1500 rs but not providing anything from their side. Its just the labour cost is 1500 rs. Apart from that you have to pay for everything.
