Title: Fake return policy
Review: Air flow is very low.The upper cover of the item is not fit due to which unable to keep water cool and sometimes air pass stops after 3-4 days of use and the speed of the air is very less.very poor product quality. I tried to return that item and once it accept my return request automatically after few seconds it shows not eligible for refund.Vendor policy is very poor.i had lost my money due to Amazon and such poor vendors due to fake return policy
