Review: I didn’t make me fall asleep. Nutmeg is bit too strong in it. I’d say it tastes okay if u add a bit of milk powder and sugar in it. Real ingredients from the looks of it. Taste 5/10Didn’t work for me as I’m very anxious sometimes. This might work for people with mild insomnia.
