Title: Great product for a low price
Review: High quality. Low power consumption. Low noise. Good cooling. Remote was dead so no product demonstration during installation. It was replaced in a few days with demonstration. Responsive support from Carrier and Amazon. Installation was delayed. Good Installation but appeared expensive. Charged 4,900 with wall hole drilling, 4m drain pipe, wall bracket for outdoor unit.

Title: Good for fast cooling but remote is quite troublesome
Review: Quality of the AC is good. Has less noise but not the least. Installation was a breeze but everything had to be paid extra. Also not sure if this is the nature of the AC, after you turn it off, it takes quite sometime for the vent to close off. Overall, happy so far from using it for 1 month.

Title: Don’t buy it on Amazon
Review: My recent experience purchasing the Carrier 1 Ton AI 5-star AC through Amazon has been nothing short of disappointing. While the product itself may be of good quality, the service surrounding its delivery and installation has been abysmal.Upon purchasing the AC on April 4th and eagerly awaiting its arrival, the delivery was delayed until April 7th. Despite assurances of installation within 24 hours, no action was taken. Numerous calls to Amazon customer service yielded promises of service requests being raised, but no tangible results.Attempts to contact Carrier’s customer service were equally fruitless, with calls going unanswered or met with incompetence. Even when finally reaching someone, the blame game ensued, with both Amazon and Carrier pointing fingers at each other.After a week of frustration and wasted time, it became apparent that neither Amazon nor Carrier were willing to take responsibility for the lack of service. The final straw was the immature response from a Carrier representative who failed to comprehend the issue or provide any meaningful assistance.As a long-time customer of Amazon, I expected better service and support, especially for such a significant purchase. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I have no choice but to return the product.In conclusion, while the Carrier AC itself may be of good quality, the service experience surrounding its purchase has been severely lacking. Buyers beware, as the convenience of purchasing through Amazon may not extend to satisfactory.

Title: Great cooling even at 24 degrees
Review: I bought 2 1 ton ACs for my new home. The delivery was quick as well as installation. Installation was costly since I had to call the technician twice as my panel work for interiors was still in progress.Coming to the features.- The design on fascia is good- Great cooling even at 24 degrees- The 6 in 1 feature is useless for 1 ton AC as it won’t help much in reducing the cooling, hence dont use it often- The insta cool feature works well, cools room in minutes.- No noise at all. Works silently- The flap takes time to close (over 3 minutes) after we turn off the AC using remote. I read in another review as well. Not sure if this is an issue or the AC works that way.Overall satisfied with the AC

Title: Excellent buy
Review: This is the perfect ac in price range. I got in under 30k for 1 ton which was a catch. Cooling was perfect after using it for a week. Also the size is apt for the room. Looks goods in room as well. This is the second purchase for carrier ac. The installation was seemsless. Overall experience was very good.

Review: My AC just installed but happy with the product. Technician Swarup Hazra is highly skilled in installation. He performed the instalation job well although the location to install outdoor unit was not easy.The Product is good. Carrier Company Installation Policy is also good. Very minimal noise in indoor unit. value for money. AC cooling is good, built material is also good. Good for small room.

Title: Ok, but weird design/functionality
Review: Carrier ACs might be good, cooling is ok, after sales service is also prompt (except peek time), but the invertible functionality provided is very strange. It will only work if the outdoor temp. is only between 30 and 42 degrees! Why should not it work if temp. is below 30 degrees? Then is only when we seek for lower power consumption.Second is the led display, which keeps on blinking for 4-5 minutes after turning off the ac. Very irritating while sleeping in dark room.The remote controller supplied might look good but is less user-friendly, too cluttered.Using it for 2 weeks, no other issues yet, cools ok, will update later if required.
