Title: It works, possibly (and a bit about the taste and dosage)
Review: As we age, collagen and peptides get depleted. That’s why we’re here. I’ve been using this for a few months now.It works, or at least does help, if used as a supplement to a GOOD skincare routine.Skin type: normal to oily, not sensitive Age: mid 40’sI maintain a routine of cleansing, Vit. C serum, Vit. E serum, deep PGA moisturiser, mild Retinol (1%), face cream, gel-based moisturiser and sunscreen twice a day. I also do facial yoga (not consistently). So, it’s difficult to measure exactly how much this helped, but it did. It helped accelerate repair.My skin, especially on the neck, jawline and hands was healthier over the months. The improvement was more while I was taking this with my routine than the routine without it. But I’m sure that this by itself would NOT be as effective.If you have a sensitive stomach or acid reflux, it can irritate it a little.There are 90 tablets in the bottle. It states clearly on the bottle that we should take 3 a day, AT ONCE, with a meal. ie. 3 tablets together after one meal. So it covers a month.Taste – I’m a non-veg, and I’ve tried all sorts of meat. This is NOT a pleasant-tasting tablet! It does not smell very good, either. In fact, when I first started them, the smell would linger on my fingers for an hour or two after taking them. Now, I take them directly from the bottle. If it gets stuck to your mouth for even a few seconds, it’s a pretty unpleasant taste.If you’re a vegetarian, you might want to try the other version (which I haven’t tried, but I think it’ll taste less foul).Bottom line-It’s an effective supplement to a good skin routine. Don’t expect it to do miracles by itself. Most people will probably not like the taste. The smell lingers if it comes into contact with your fingers. It’s worth the price. Powder supplements tend to get absorbed better but are more difficult to ingest. No long-term side effects unless you have a sensitive stomach. Take a before and after photo. Title: Looks good but tablets count less in pack.
Review: The product seem ok and good and I am quite hopeful of positive results, however I accidentally decided to count total number of tablets in the bottle and I am highly disappointed to say that the TOTAL NUMBER OF TABLETS ARE LESS THAN MENTIONED ON PACKET. The packet says 90 tablets however there are only 89 in actual. 1 tablet less. So if you buy this better count the total content.
