Review: I would like to give ZERO star but am forced to atleast one star.1) product was sent in brown card board box ( box used to pack fruits and vegetables) where butterfly appliances comes with attractive heavy duty laminated boxes.2) Jars are made up very very cheap steel and extremely light weight.3) jar blades are getting touched with surface.4) just in 10 seconds extremely high heat is generated.5) I checked with butterfly customer care directly, they confirmed this product is fake and their mixer price starts from 5200 Rs. I missed to check before placing the order. That’s my mistake.6) entire mixie with jar weight is 4.6 kgs.7) also I felt the electricity leakage in jar ( not shock it is literally electric current passing over the jar)8) totally unhappy with this purchase.
