Title: Blue star window 2 ton inverter
Review: I have first time purchase the blue star AC .The delivery is pathetic. The delivery guy has rolled the ac on stairs and talk rubbish.The installation person is also unreachable.They asked for payment and given the same .still the ac is not working showing error.Company closed the complaint on their own.I have received ac on 20th June and till 24th June AC is not working and still no remedy.Don’t go for it .

Title: Very poor service, but good build quality
Review: The AC is not noisy, and has a good build quality.Till it works fine it is good enough but if you need to claim warranty, (my AC started smelling weird within just 15 days) the service of Blue Star is really pathetic. Later when the technician came, he identified the fault to be in the socket, which had burnt.The call center quickly gives a complaint number and then no one contacts you for several days.Also the AC doesn’t work with any online remotes. So this is not Value for money at 35K.

Title: FIRST IMPRESSIONS AFTER INSTALLATION
Review: Just have got the product installed and started using it. First impressions are great. The cooling of the drawing room size 27′ x 15′ is excellant. The air throw reaches everywhere and the noice level insignificant. Feeling happy on the decission taken to go with this brand.

Title: Blue Star Service
Review: My AC is yet to be fixed and I’m already facing problem with just the installation.I received my unit on the 1st June with a scheduled installation on the 2nd June at 1345 hrs, but no call, no reschedule msg nothing. After calling atleast 10 times they technicians reach on the 5th June to know that they had deleted the service request sent from Amazon from their end.I’m not even going to go into details of the conversations or msgs exchanged.This is also the 1st installation out of all the 10 AC installations inbthe past that I have to pay for.Don’t get into this nightmare is my suggestion.If this is how the service is just to install, I’m dreading how the product is going to work.Cool India Company. Okla. The worst service provider.
