Title: Amazing cooling
Review: This AC gives amazing cooling. The cooling effect is instant. I’m using in my living room which is 250+ sqft and open kitchen. You can still achieve cooling effect with this AC.Setup was done very next day but I found the cost on higher side. 10 feet extra pipe and sleeve used costing around Rs. 5000 for entire feeting and this is not covered in the purchasing cost.Very happy with the performance.

Title: Defective item seller and poor Amazon support
Review: I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the Bluestar 2Ton AC unit that I recently purchased from this seller on Amazon. This is the second time I have received a defective unit from the seller, and despite multiple attempts to escalate the matter to Amazon customer care, no action has been taken.I purchased the unit on March 27 and it was shipped promptly, but upon installation, it became apparent that the unit was not functioning properly. I contacted the seller and they agreed to send a replacement unit. However, the replacement unit that I received was also defective and did not work.I immediately contacted Amazon customer care and was assured that the matter would be escalated and resolved promptly. However, it has been more than a month and I have not received any updates or resolution to the matter.In frustration, I have now self-shipped the defective unit back to the seller. It is unacceptable to receive such poor quality products and not receive appropriate support from the seller and Amazon customer care.Now the seller is telling he has not received the defective item in spite of producing proof of delivery and he is not processing my refund, everything looks fraudproduct is also very costly productI hope that this review serves as a wake-up call to the seller and Amazon to improve their product quality and customer service. I urge you to take appropriate action to resolve this matter and prevent similar incidents from happening to other customers in the future.

Title: Doesn’t cool at all
Review: Ever since the ac’s were installed they doesn’t work and the guy who installed the ac was so unprofessional and he doesn’t know anything he’s doing. Even his supervisor is taking side of his technician and they playing blame game instead of coming to the site and resolving my problem. I bought 4 blue star ac and my experience is very worst with them the service is very bad and unprofessional they don’t have no manners at all and they also told me that they aren’t afraid of any reviews or complaints.

Title: The product is awesome after using for straight 48 hours
Review: I was hesitant to go for this product after checking the reviews. But I went for buying it and I don’t regret it.The airflow across the room is awesome and the chillness was persistent even after ac was switched offAlso the indoor unit is less noisy when the speed of the fan is kept in low or medium.I would still have to watch if the inverter ll work if there is a power failure.

Title: Pathetic delivery and poor case handling
Review: I bought this AC in hopes that it will work as advertised. However, all I received was a broken air conditioner and the installation was not also great. Overall, it took me a solid week’s time to sort all of this and return and get refunded. Poor
