Title: Sleek Design. Excellent Product
Review: So Far so good.. Nice service from installation team as well (fetched around 2600/- approx including angles of outdoor unit) , which was completed within 12 hours amidst unsuitable rainy and cloudy conditions.. The cooling is efficient that takes around 7-10 mins…5 in 1 turbo and smart feature and energy saver are excellent additions as well.

Title: Don’t purchase Bluestar ac
Review: I would not recommend blue star ac to any one. I have purchased this bluestar ac through Amazon with cost of 41500 and im additionally spent another 6000 rupees for 5 meter copper wire for installation but poor skilled technician came and did the installation and completely he bend the copper wire because of this copper wire bend cooling was not happening Ihave raised compliant about cooling issue. Technician visited agine and did welding on where he did bend on copper wire and after one week agine I faced same cooling issue. Blue star haresing and torturing me due to lack of skillfull technicians and low quality products. Even technicians don’t know how to operate remote also.Please don’t purchase bluse star ac. Don’t fall on trap of Virat kohlis add. Worst product and waste of money.

Title: Good product.
Review: Using for last 20-25 days. Cooling capacity is great and efficient. Noise is a bit louder but it’s nearly as expected. Installation was easy and the technician was well mannered. Facing issues with the remote, some time it doesn’t take command and I have to use the remote from very close range otherwise it doesn’t work. Unable to use the ac from phone, contacted the bluestar cx support, but got no help.

Title: No cooling
Review: I like blue star Ac, I am proud of it. But your service provider is not good at Receiving and Responsible . They had given to third-party for installation. AC at 16degrees is not producing cooling. I’m disappointed with your service provider. Please exchange. But even though, I want to purchase 2.5 ton blue star AC .

Title: Worst AC with Worst After Sales Service
Review:  Bought the Blue Star AC on 18th March, but used it in the month of May as it was not necessary to use the AC in March and April in delhi. Within a week or so the AC was creating problem like no cooling, heavy noise(as you may check in the video) and water leakage. Lodged a complaint and the engineer visited after 3 days and blamed the problem on the previous engineer who installed the AC. He temperorily fixed the problem but the very next day the problem becomes more worst so again lodged a complained…the same engineer came again after 3 days and was unable to fix the problem. Since than I was making a complaint to blue star but they are not able to give any permanant solution to it…..it seems like we have to spend our most of the summer days without any AC although have spent a hefty amount for the same. Won’t recommend the brand instead go for a brand which has got a better after sales customer service.

Title: Great performance but poor installation experience
Review: I got 3 ACs installed. Working great, quiet & powerful. Features all work as they claim! The BlueStar team did a good quality installation but gave a very poor experience. Remember, this is the first time I am installing ACs and don’t have any idea of what it takes!1. They came without a ladder and asked me; I didn’t have it either. Luckily, we were able to source one from the nearby block. We spent the first 30 min doing this. I assume that a ladder is a must while installing an AC and they should carry it or least inform in advance that they need one so that it can be arranged2. They didn’t carry POP to close the pipe hole. I realised that this is done by them when speaking to a friend who also got an AC fixed had all this done3. They didn’t carry 15A 3 pin plugs! This is a must when they know that the installation kit does not come with a plug.4. Lastly, they leave the place in a mess. It took me 3 more hours to clear and clean the mess after they left!While the ACs are working great, I can’t say that my (first) experience was great!
