Title: Horrible 3rd party installation service
Review: The product is good but the 3rd party installation provider was very rude and arrogant to not provide a job sheet to apply for replacement as the outdoor and indoor units delivered were not compatible. Please avoid this product if bluestar uses a 3rd party vendor like Cool City for installation.

Title: Very powerful in cooling
Review: The product is awesome. Prior to delivery itself bluestar customer called me and scheduled the installation. The installation is done very prompt and nice. AC is very quick in cooling with convertible option. The AC can be operated remotely with mobile through home wifi from anywhere. Also can be controlled by voice through Alexa which is an awesome feature.

Title: A decent product
Review: This is a decent product for the price of 34,500. Only downside is the initial noise level. Although it’s not that high. The installation by blue star was on time and efficient. Would like to recommend this to someone who is looking for a decent 3 star ac.

Title: Worst product.. never buy carrier
Review: My nightmare started the moment I ordered this AC. It took more than a week for an installation. Then they messed up the installation and damaged my room. But when AC was powered on, it was not working. The technician asked me to contact customer care and charged 10k for installation. It has been more than a month, in spite of daily follow up with customer care they are not replacing the AC and neither they are fixing the issue. There is no ownership from anyone from Carrier. Am regretting my decision of going with this pathetic brand. Please avoid buying Carrier products

Title: Installation – About
Review: Just bought this AC a couple of days ago…so far good..super chill on 27., but this review is about the installation.The whole process by Bluestar was awesome., On the dot the installation person Mr.Selvam came., so meticulous installer ever I have seen., everything was done with care., did as if he was doing for his own home. Mine being in 13th floor, it was a challenge. Above everything he never even scratched his head for a tip, he charged only for the stuff used and gave an accurate bill. Thanks Bluestar, Thanks Selvam
