Review: Everything so far is good about this Asus Vivobook that I have bought on Amazon here. But the best part is it’s built quality. Asus is definitely underrated in Indian market for it’s built quality. Title: Amazon cheated!!!!! Do not buy laptops with Amazon!!!
Review: I have received faulty product, mouse trackpad isn’t working, I called customer care to return the product, agents has created multiple return requests. All the returns failed saying customer has denied the request however in actual scenario no one came to pick up the product and neither did they call me.I called multiple times with Amazon whenever each return was failed. I also explained the reasons in the return failure were false allegations. Initially they assured that in investigation they will get to know all details, however there investigation team didn’t perform any investigation, not sure what parameters they are checking, I didn’t receive any calls from investigators to ask my side of story. Customer service agents are simply going by the comments from the investigation team and they aren’t even caring to listen the actual issue customer is facing and 4 different agents hung up on my face. It clearly shows everyone is involved in this scam. With all the conversations and events happened, I’m convinced that investigation team is cheating its customers with false information.Beware when purchasing laptops from Amazon, if you receive faulty product, you will get stuck with the product and loose your money. Stay away from Amazon!!
