Review: This review details my horrendous experience with a defective Mac Book Air M3 2024 purchased from Appario Retail Private Ltd., fulfilled by Amazon. Within just two days of receiving the product, I encountered a series of issues:1. Used Product: The product appeared used, raising concerns about authenticity.2. Performance Issues: The device ran slow, overheated frequently, and the speakers emitted crackling sounds in between.3. Screen Sharing Problems: During screen sharing, a green screen appeared frequently for several seconds, disrupting communication.*Distrustful of Replacements*Given the apparent used condition and negative online reviews about Appario delivering used or fake replacements, I hesitate to utilize the existing replacement window.*Amazon’s Inaction*Disappointingly, Amazon has not taken any responsibility for this situation, despite numerous complaints against Appario.
