What happens when ill-treated farm animals gang up to throw out their lazy, corrupt and power-drunk rulers? Animal Farm is born. As humans get ousted from Manor Farm and animals take control, their utopian fantasy of running a farm on the basis of equality soon begins to crumble before their eyes. The rebellion of the animals, led by the two pigs, Napoleon and Snowball, gives way to corrupt practices that lead to unthinkable consequences. A resounding fable on totalitarianism and power-gone-corrupt, Animal Farm is an allegorical novella that took the publishing world by storm when it was first published and hasn’t stopped doing so ever since. The ultimate satire on fascism, Animal Farm finds relevance even in present-day world. A must-read!

Title: This is the second book that I have read by Orwell and its a great book
Review: It’s about the cruelty that human beings are performing on animals by whipping them or using them for their own benefits and especially the whole cause of everything i.e.money here there is a farm named John farm which is lead by Mr.jones and he is very harsh on his animals, there a meeting is held by the animals every night and they hope for better days free from humans and the days free of hardship where they will only work for themselves and not for humans. There was a slogan recited as “Four legs good, two legs bad!!” , it’s a story where animals evict Mr.Jones and how they transform and use the farm for their own benefits but in end its difficult for Clover and Benjanin to distinguish between the human and the pigs who were the administrators. It ends like “the creature outside looked from pig to man , and from man to pig, but already it was impossible to say which was what.”

Review: #AnimalFarm is no doubt a masterpiece written to make sense to millennials until our race will thrive in the socio-political culture. Though the text holds its inspiration from communist movement in Russia. It holds its place perfectly for the world politics or even indian politics.P.S- Your level of IQ decides the real depth of the book. This is a kind of book should be taught in all school curriculum to create more intellectuals and less sheeps. (Sheeps are animals from the book who follow instructions and keep shouting things without realizing its implications.) _______________________#Strengths-1.Satire of whole human political pshyce, ambitions, deciet on everything there’s a satire which enlightens you as a social sufferer and brings a gush of smile.2.Analogy- It is really beautiful and thought provoking to read and relate the spirit animals of politicians as pigs. Blind followers of government as sheeps. Hardworking individuals who only dream and work for a better world to Boxer the horse.Sly and cunning wolves and many more in the row.(Describing more will only damp your part of enjoyment packed in this novella.) 3.Plot- Its just a viscious cycle of any revolution that ever took place or ever going to occur.#TargetReaders- I recommend this to be in every indian school and college bags. It will really contribute in shaping the young minds as more skeptical thinkers and to not get decieved by speeches and fake promises. Sociology and Art stream students, Individuals interested in Politics, for them it’s a must read.#TargetAge readers- Every young adult should read it even if they have read this in childhood, because may be at that age they couldn’t realize the hidden aspect of this book.#WritingStyle is very simple since the author is a British and indian form is english is derived from there, no one will feel difficult at any moment in the book.Flow is lucid and instances are well spaced so you won’t feel like reading the book in many breaks.#Genre- Satiarical fiction, all other politics themed books i have read are either fiction or based on true events and testimonials. This is so very different on this theme.Rating- 5/5 for sure!

Title: A masterpiece that is still relevant!
Review: From “All animals are equal” to “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.” AND From “Four legs good, two legs bad!” to “Four legs good, two legs better!”, Animal Farm happens.Manor Farm is owned by a drunkard man Mr Jones. On this farm, animals work hard, but they get treated badly and get less food. One fine day, the old major, an older pig, enkindle all the animals with the realisation that they are being treated badly and they deserve better. He also tells them about his dream that he had, in which he saw all the animals be happy, well-fed & well treated. He urges all the animals to work on this and turn this dream into reality. The old major dies soon, but he leaves behind his philosophy of animalism. They start to set up a rebellion against Mr Jones, their owner. Two senior pigs Snowball & Napoleon take up the responsibility to lead this movement. In the same span, drunkard Jones forgets to give food to the animals and because animals are already in the revolutionary mode, to chase off the Jones and his men from the farm. Once they are gone, animals rename Manor Farm to Animal Farm and set up Seven Commandments of Animalism. That’s how it all begins. The policies, rules, the hierarchies ( unintentionally, apparently) are set up. However, after some days, there comes the unfairness. Some animals start to get larger shares of every good thing, the rules start changing, and all the animals start questioning all the agenda of animalism. There comes a time when ‘’The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and man to pig, and from pig to man again, but already it was impossible to say which was which.’’I think this book is a masterpiece by George Orwell without a doubt. What a brilliant description of the different sides of revolution and the relevance to even today’s times is so uncanny. ( I shouldn’t use that word) . Even though it gives a socio-political message, the book has no age barrier, to be honest. Even teenagers could read and easily get the message. The writing is brilliant. The best part of this book is the characters and every minute behavarioul details. The only thing that didn’t click well with me is, I found it a little monotonous in the middle of the book for a short span, but it takes some interesting turns. Anyways, I highly recommend this short, wise and interesting read.
