Review: I recently had a particularly unpleasant procedure which left me losing a lot of blood and oozing more blood over the following days. I developed anaemia and was very weak, shaky and unwell. I didn’t want to get the doctor involved so I ordered these iron tablets and within a weak, felt so much better, had energy and the colour had returned to my face. The tablets are quite large but I didn’t have trouble swallowing them. They are high strength and one a day. They worked wonders for me and not only helped with my anaemia but boosted my energy so much so, that I had to stop taking them for a week as I was bed bound so didn’t want an abundance of energy. I’m not usually a champion of supplements and rather cynical of their health benefits but these have been instrumental in my healing and I’m so grateful for them.

Review: With 25mg of iron per tablet, these are a high dose product which is beneficial for those who suffer with a low iron deficiency. This has always been a problem to me. I like to donate blood regularly, and often find that I am unable to due to my low iron levels. I have taken iron daily for many years, but haven’t tried a dose this high before. I’m interested to see if this will boost my red blood cell production and allow me to donate blood again. Iron deficiency also contributes to fatigue and light headedness, these supplements should conquer that too. They are in a huge bottle, you could fit another 60 tablets in there. They don’t smell bad which is good, and they are easy to swallow. The price is good for 60 doses.
