Title: Value for money. Feel comfortable on this recliner
Review: Product looks good and delivery also was very nice. I opted for the amazon service to set it up. Within a day the product arrived, service person attended and setup the recliner. I am using it for a week now and it’s comfortable for me. Size is perfect for me. It’s a good product.

Title: Product is good but the service is worst by Amazon
Review: I purchased this product last year at the rate of Rs 9200 something and got the discount of Rs 4000 instant. The product delivered to me and I found manufacturing issue with the product due to its balancing and alignment. I informed this to Amazon customer several times and every time I got new resolution from them. They sent the technician at my house to inspect the product and the technician reported them the product has manufacturing issue. Then Amazon team asked me to return the product and buy again the same product but this time the product has no discount and it came with Rs 13000 something. I denied to return the product as the discounted amount would not be availed. After lots of conversation they asked me to buy this product with Rs 13000 then they would return Rs 4000 in my Amazon wallet in the form of Cashback. I refused to invest over and above Rs 9200 and asked them to repair the product as it was in warranty period. They booked the slot so many times and in all times the slot automatically cancelled at their end. I bought the product to keep in my mind that the product belongs to Amazon and if any issue with this product in future then Amazon would take care of it. But neither they repair my product nor replace it. I fought for warranty for 2 to 3 months but no action from their end and it seems that they were helpless. In every call with Amazon team every time my call end with the senior person but all in vain, even no solution from senior person level also. And one day the conversation was going to hot and that time the senior person forgot to maintain his decorum and literally he abused and used filthy languages. I surprised when the call was on recording then how the senior person like Amazon brand used such a bad language. After that I lost my hope regarding this product and stop to calling them. After couple of months someone called me and assured me that he would resolve my issue and till today he has been resolving my issue. Today I sudden saw this product in Amazon and thought share my review. That time I had option to buy Nilkamal Recliner sofa but I chose Amazon just to think that Amazon would take care all the worst scenario. If I went with Nilkamal product that time then definitely Nilkamal company resolved my issue that time.

Title: Good product but not very sturdy
Review: It looks pretty decent . It’s very soft . But it’s not sturdy . My 7 yr old can also push it around ….jumps on it whenever a chance strikes . So I don’t think mine will last too long . But if you have responsible kids and adults at home then yes this is a steal deal
