Review: This actually helped me quit “junk spending.” I tried it because I’d had great success with Allen Carr’s program for drinking. As with his drinking book, you must follow it exactly. Don’t try and bend the rules, like keeping a credit card for points. It’s a delusion. Don’t think you’re the exception or you will only be cheating yourself. Once I realized that, I was transformed, just like with the drinking book.

Review: I bought this book in a heartbeat. I had been waiting for its publication for more than a year and was not disappointed to read it and more importantly to benefit from reading it. I read it very quickly and absorbed as much of the message as possible and I now intend to re-read it to make sure I understand every point made. Sometimes you just know that your problem is already solved before it actually is. I have read other Allen Carr books and have never been disappointed.I am not in a great deal of debt but I understand the feeling of addiction to over spending and I am happy to have brought a very sincere end to it!

Review: I was very impressed with the book as I finally realized what destructive road I was going down with my debt. I got to see that it really is like an addiction and the effects of it can cause havoc in your life. I would definitely advise everyone to read this book it helped me understand how the brain can manipulate you into thinking you need something but you don’t.
