Title: Amazing after sales service

Title: Quick replacement and resolution was provided within no time
Review: I would like to thank the UCL for providing the replacement of my air humidifier within quick time. Mr. Saptarishi from UCL team guided me on raising the concern as per the process. He arranged the pick up of earlier product. And within 2 days I received the new product as a replacement. Review: Last year i bought Agaro. It was working well. This year, it was not working. The product was within warranty period. We raised a complaint in customer care. With in 1 week, they replaced with new product. Now it is working really well. Never expected such a good service.
