Title: Faulty product received
Review: I ordered a laptop.. it was delivered on correct time.. but I got a faulty product. Power is not turning on.. Charger is ok.. Laptop problem.. I contacted Amazon.. They told me to return it for a replace.. But It’s been a week today, still no response. Amazon is still better than flipkart.. If they were there the problem would have been solved soon.. Anyway now I am thinking to move legally.. I don’t want to leave..

Review: The plastic used for the body is of poor quality. It got broken, looks like in it’s own, without any damage caused by us. To my understanding, it is the plastic made of poor PVC.

Title: Poor repairing service by Acer
Review: I bought this laptop and within one year of warranty it showed up an issue with upper lid and the back cover had to be replaced to fix it . I had been emailing Acer for a long time but they can’t provide the required part due to unavailability. The lack of essential parts under warranty raises serious concerns about the value of Acer products and supporting infrastructure backing them.
