Review: I tried triphala powder with the idea of cleaning my colon. I took it as recommended by the instructions on the can. By the 2nd day I had stomach ache. By the 3rd day loose motion. I stopped the intake right away. And it took around 10 days after to normalize. I suggest you take it very cautiously as it is very strong, and/or consult with a doctor before trying the powder.
