Title: Fantastic supplement: Should have thought about it earlier
Review: I just discovered that this age-old Indian supplement is much better than the international ones that we take for stress, anxiety, sleep, cognitive enhancement, focus and mood. It is much more potent in effect as compared to: St John’s Wort, GABA, Ginkgo, Lemon Balm, L-Theanine and Tryptophan (in each department). In addition to these, it helps you with GERD, digestion, inflammation, works as an antioxidant, helps with immunity and the list of benefits is almost endless. It did not catch my eye for a long time. Most Indian herbs lack marketing effort, as compared to the international brands. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a solution to the above mentioned problems and issues. It is also a ‘several-times-cheaper’ and ‘safer’ replacement for all the herbs that I mentioned above.
