Title: Works, but took multiple attempts to do IR learning.
Review: I love the fact that they’ve provided separate buttons for IR learning. But it took me several attempts to do the learning even after following the steps perfectly. Couldn’t pair the last button to my tv remote’s home button. I am connecting usb to my fire tv via usb hub and otg. Power and volume are ir based on tv, so did learning in them. Those buttons feel less responsive and lower coverage than my tv remote, but yeah does the job. I tried other similar remotes in Indian markets, none of them worked so I’m very happy with this. Dont know how long this will last, will update if it stops working.

Title: Good product but buy with caution!
Review: I purchased this product to put it on my JIO STB and universally control my tv and music system with one remote.So far it is doing the work for which I bought it. However, there are some cons to it as well.First off, I didn’t recieve a user manual with this box, so I had to search online about its various uses and how to setup the IR buttons.Secondly, the mic of the remote is not particularly working with JIO STB, it could be a software issue. The remote promots the voice assistance, but JIO STB can only listen to the voice from the actual Jio remote, so keep that in mind.And lastly, the keyboard provided at the back works pretty well, for specific apps. It is not able to function on all apps. For me, it’s not working on Amazon Prime, but for Netflix, YouTube and Disney Plus Hotstar it is working well.The overall build of the remote is also fairly good, the buttons are not super soft compared to the Jio remote, but they are firm.Overall, it’s a good product, but just know that some functionalities may be limited based on the device you plug it in.

Review: Got the 1st piece. Looked like a used one.Didn work. Got it replaced promptly by the seller. 2nd one just works fine. I use it as a remote for jio set top box. The 4 ir learning keys I assigned 1 for tv power on, 2nd for AV receiver power on, 3rd for sound system power on. Though for individual set up il have to use individual remote but at last I can turn off all devices with this one remote. A must by if you have many gadgets like my set up. Battery yet to see as it uses 2 Aaa.Forgot to add. Power button turns on and also off with any ir learning
